Sitting Room

All of the downstairs level is warmed by an underfloor heating system, designed to be efficient and comfortable. There should be a warm welcome when you arrive into the hallway, and the ground floor is kept at a constant temperature for your comfort.

Just in case it’s a little more chilly than you expect, the wood burner in the sitting room is easy to use, and logs and kindling are available from Oakchurch Country Store. Instructions for its use are nearby. Once lit, the fire can be maintained for a long period of time, so you have a nice warm room to come down to in the morning.
